Serves 2 oz eq meat/meat alternates, ¼ cup dark green, ¼ other vegetables, ¼ cup fruit

Ingredients

1 ¼ ounces Romaine blend

1/4 cup berries

2 slices red onion

2-3 sugar snap peas

2 ounces diced chicken

 

Instructions

  1. Portion into serving bowl in the following order:
  2. 1 ¼ ounces Romaine blend
  3. 1/4 cup berries
  4. 2 slices red onion
  5. 2-3 sugar snap peas
  6. 2 ounces diced chicken
  7. Dress with 2 tablespoons razzy ranch dressing over top just prior to serving.
