Creamy Raspberry Dressing

Ingredients

Vinegar, Balsamic 1 cup
Mustard, Dijon 2 tablespoons
Oil, Canola 2 cups
Salt, Kosher 2 teaspoons
Pepper, black ¾ teaspoon
Honey ¼ pound
Raspberries, frozen, unsweetened    unthawed 1½ cups
Yogurt, plain, low fat 1½ cups
Buttermilk, lowfat ¼ cup
Sour cream, light ¼ cup

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl combine all ingredients and whisk together until well incorporated.

  2. CCP: Cool to 41ºF within 4 hour

  3. Hold for service at 41ºF or below.
