Ingredients

Vinegar, Balsamic 2 cups
Mustard, Dijon ¼ cup
Oil, Canola 1 quart
Salt, Kosher 1 Tablespoon  and  1 teaspoon
Black pepper ½ Tablespoon
Honey 5 ounces
Raspberries, Frozen, Unsweetened Unthawed 2 cups

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl combine all ingredients and whisk together until well incorporated.

  2. Hold for service below 41ºF.

  3. CCP: Cool to 41ºF within 4 hours
    .

    Hold for service at 41°F or below
