Raspberry Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients

Raspberry puree 4 pounds
Pineapple juice 2 quarts
Vanilla yogurt 4 quarts

Instructions

  1. Add three ingredients to a mixing bowl.

  2. Whisk until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.

  3. Pour into 9-ounce plastic cups. Cover. Serve chilled.

Crediting: 1 cup serving provides 1/2 cup fruit and 1 ounce eq. meat/meat alternate
