Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or fat-free milk
  • 1 5.3-oz container nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen red raspberries
  • 1 ripe small banana
  • 1/4 cup uncooked quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or 1/4 tsp almond extract

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender, secure with lid and puree until smooth.
  • Pour into two glasses.
