1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or fat-free milk
1 (5.3-oz) container nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
1 cup frozen red raspberries
1 ripe small banana
1/4 cup uncooked quick cooking oats
1/2 cup ice cubes
1 Tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract or 1/4 tsp almond extract
Combine all ingredients in a blender, secure with lid and puree until smooth.
Pour into two glasses.
