Ingredients

  • 6 ounces frozen Washington red raspberries
  • 1 cup finely chopped apple such as Honey Crisp (about 1 medium apple)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped poblano chili pepper or 1 medium jalapeno seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar or white vinegar

Instructions

  • Combine raspberries, apple, pepper, onion, sugar and vinegar in large bowl. Cover and let sit at room temperature for 2 hours before serving.
