Ingredients
1 cup finely chopped apple, such as Honey Crisp (about 1 medium apple)
1 1/2 Tbsp finely chopped red onion
1/4 cup finely chopped poblano chili pepper or 1 medium jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
1/2 (12-oz pkg) frozen red raspberries
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp white balsamic vinegar or white vinegar
Instructions
Combine all ingredients, cover and let stand 2 hours at room temperature or refrigerate up to 4 days
