Ingredients
1/2cupfrozen red raspberriesthawed
2Tbsp.lemon juice
1Tbsp.canola oil
1Tbsp.sugar
1tsp.chia seeds
1 to 2tsp.grated orange zest
4cupshoney dew or cantaloupe melon cubes or 4 wedges
Instructions
Combine all, but the melon, in a small bowl. (Note: For a thinner, crunchier dressing, serve immediately/for a thicker, slightly crunchy texture, refrigerate overnight. (The chia seeds will become gelatinous if allowed to sit overnight.)
