Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons Meyer lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Meyer lemon zest

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients into a small saucepan and boil several minutes until thick.
  • Transfer to sterilized glass jar and allow to cool and thicken overnight.
