Spicy Chocolate Raspberry Frozen Yogurt

Frozen yogurt with dark chocolate chunks and a hint of spice makes this dessert an irresistible and refreshing treat!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup low fat Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a food processor or blender, blend all ingredients until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Either transfer the mixture to ice cream maker and churn for about 30 minutes. Alternatively, if you do not have an ice cream maker, transfer the mixture to a shallow container and freeze for one to two hours, stirring every 20 minutes.
  • Scoop, serve, enjoy!

Notes

Store any remaining ice cream in freezer safe container.
