Spicy Chocolate Raspberry Frozen Yogurt

Serves 6 servings


1 ½ cup low fat Greek yogurt

¼ cup honey

2 cups frozen raspberries

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/3 cup dark chocolate chips


  1. In a food processor or blender, blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  3. Either transfer the mixture to ice cream maker and churn for about 30 minutes. Alternatively, if you do not have an ice cream maker, transfer the mixture to a shallow container and freeze for one to two hours, stirring every 20 minutes.
  4. Scoop, serve, enjoy!


*Store any remaining ice cream in freezer safe container.
