Ingredients
2 ½cupswhole rolled oats
1cupchoppedwalnuts
2teaspoonscinnamon
1 ½teaspoonsbaking powder
½teaspoonsalt
1 ½cups1% milk
1largeeggbeaten
½cupunsweetened applesauce
2tablespoonsunsalted buttermelted
2teaspoonsvanilla
2cupsfrozen Washington red raspberries
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease two 9 x13 inch baking pans and set aside.
Mix oats, walnuts, cinnamon, baking powder and salt in large bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine milk, egg, applesauce, butter and vanilla.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well. Fold in raspberries. Pour into prepared pans.
Bake 25 minutes, or until the top is golden and oats have set.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Cut each pan into 4 portions.
Serve warm with a dallop of Greek yogurt, if desired.
