Triple Berry Frozen Chocolate Almond Bites

Sweet, salty and tart... all in one bite! Turn Costco's Kirkland Signature Three Berry Blend into these easy chocolate almond bites you'll want to keep coming back to the freezer for.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips melted
  • ¼ cup Kirkland Signature Three Berry Blend slightly mashed
  • 1-2 Tbsp. creamy almond butter
  • 1-2 Tbsp. shredded coconut

Instructions

  • Layer 2/3 melted chocolate, berries and peanut butter in small cups or ice cube mold. Top with remaining chocolate and shredded coconut.
  • Place in freezer for 1 hour, or until set.
