- 3/4 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries
- 1/4 cup shredded kale
- 1/4 cup canned sliced carrots drained (about 1/4 of an 8.25-ounce can, drained)
- 1 teaspoon sugar or pourable sugar substitute
- 1 cup diet ginger ale
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Secure with a lid and puree until smooth.
Serve immediately.
Cook’s Tip: For a variation, pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze.
