Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries
  • 1/4 cup shredded kale
  • 1/4 cup canned sliced carrots drained (about 1/4 of an 8.25-ounce can, drained)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar or pourable sugar substitute
  • 1 cup diet ginger ale
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender. Secure with a lid and puree until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
  • Cook’s Tip: For a variation, pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze.
