3/4 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries
1/4 cup shredded kale
1/4 cup canned sliced carrots, drained (about 1/4 of an 8.25-ounce can, drained)
1 teaspoon sugar or pourable sugar substitute
1 cup diet ginger ale
1/2 cup ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Secure with a lid and puree until smooth.
Cook’s Tip: For a variation, pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze.
