Ingredients

  • ½ cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • ½ cup reduced-fat milk
  • ¼ cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon agave nectar
  • 4-6 ice cubes
  • sprinkle of cardamon

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients on high until well blended and frothy.
  • Pour into glasses and top with extra raspberries and sprinkle of cardamon.
