½ cup plain low-fat yogurt

½ cup reduced-fat milk

¼ cup frozen raspberries

1 teaspoon agave nectar

4-6 ice cubes

sprinkle of cardamon



  1. Blend all ingredients on high until well blended and frothy.
  2. Pour into glasses and top with extra raspberries and sprinkle of cardamon.
