Ingredients
8oz.unsalted buttersoftened to room temperature
1/3cupWashington red raspberry seedless puree
⅛tsp.kosher salt
3 ½cupspowdered sugar
Instructions
Add the butter to a large mixing bowl or the bowl of an electric mixer and whisk on medium for 30 seconds. Add the raspberry puree and salt and mix on low speed until incorporated, about 3 minutes.
Slowly add the powdered sugar to the bowl, ½ cup at a time, beating on medium speed until fluffy and evenly incorporated, with no clumps. Use immediately.
