Ingredients
2cupsfrozen Washington red raspberries
½cupWashington red raspberry seedless puree
4cupssugar
1tbsp.fresh lemon juice
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Warm over medium-low heat until frozen raspberries have thawed, then increase heat to medium-high and bring to a boil.
Cook for 8 minutes, stirring frequently and gently mashing the larger raspberries.
Remove from the heat and pour immediately into sterilized jars or heat-safe storage containers.
Once cool, the jam can be refrigerated for immediate use, or canned for longer-term storage.
