Raspberry Jam

Sweet-tart raspberry jam made with picked-at-the-peak-of-ripeness berries for bold flavor and smooth spreadability. Perfect on toast, pastries or straight from the spoon!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen Washington red raspberries
  • ½ cup Washington red raspberry seedless puree
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Warm over medium-low heat until frozen raspberries have thawed, then increase heat to medium-high and bring to a boil.
  • Cook for 8 minutes, stirring frequently and gently mashing the larger raspberries.
  • Remove from the heat and pour immediately into sterilized jars or heat-safe storage containers.
  • Once cool, the jam can be refrigerated for immediate use, or canned for longer-term storage.
