Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen Washington red raspberries
- ½ cup Washington red raspberry seedless puree
- 4 cups sugar
- 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Warm over medium-low heat until frozen raspberries have thawed, then increase heat to medium-high and bring to a boil.
- Cook for 8 minutes, stirring frequently and gently mashing the larger raspberries.
- Remove from the heat and pour immediately into sterilized jars or heat-safe storage containers.
- Once cool, the jam can be refrigerated for immediate use, or canned for longer-term storage.
