Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup frozen mango pieces
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

  • Blend all together in blender or food processor.
  • Top with desired ingredients, such as extra frozen raspberries, coconut flakes or milk, toasted almonds, or hemp seeds!
