Raspberry Lassi
Try this yogurt-based, slightly spiced raspberry beverage for a wholesome breakfast or snack!
Ingredients
- ½ cup plain low-fat yogurt
- ½ cup reduced-fat milk
- ¼ cup frozen raspberries
- 1 teaspoon agave nectar
- 4-6 ice cubes
- sprinkle of cardamon
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients on high until well blended and frothy.
- Pour into glasses and top with extra raspberries and sprinkle of cardamon.
