Raspberry Persimmon Wine Spritzer

1 cup vodka

1 cup frozen raspberries

1 persimmon, peeled and cubed

1 cup ice

Handful of fresh basil

1 bottle white wine


  1. Place vodka, raspberries, and persimmon into a blender, and blend until very smooth. Strain through mesh sieve into a pitcher filled with 1 cup ice and handful of basil leaves.
  2. Stir well, and allow to chill and muddle with basil flavor.
  3. Divide vodka mixture between glasses, and top with white wine. Enjoy!
