Raspberry Persimmon Wine Spritzer
This refreshingly fruity beverage is light and sweet with a delicious hint of fresh basil – feel free to jazz it up with sparkling wine! Control how strong you want to make them based on how much of the fruit liquor you add to the glasses.
- 1 cup vodka
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 persimmon peeled and cubed
- 1 cup ice
- Handful of fresh basil
- 1 bottle white wine
- Place vodka, raspberries, and persimmon into a blender, and blend until very smooth. Strain through mesh sieve into a pitcher filled with 1 cup ice and handful of basil leaves.
- Stir well, and allow to chill and muddle with basil flavor.
- Divide vodka mixture between glasses, and top with white wine. Enjoy!
