Spicy Chocolate Raspberry Frozen Yogurt
Frozen yogurt with dark chocolate chunks and a hint of spice makes this dessert an irresistible and refreshing treat!
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup low fat Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 cups frozen raspberries
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a food processor or blender, blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Either transfer the mixture to ice cream maker and churn for about 30 minutes. Alternatively, if you do not have an ice cream maker, transfer the mixture to a shallow container and freeze for one to two hours, stirring every 20 minutes.
- Scoop, serve, enjoy!
Notes
Store any remaining ice cream in freezer safe container.
