Cooking with Razz

Quarantine has left many of us spending a lot more time in the kitchen, and it can be easy to experience fatigue with the same old recipes. That’s why the Washington Red Raspberry Commission sponsored select Cooking in Quarantine Classes taught by the incredible chefs at NOCHI to provide people cooking at home with innovative yet simple recipes featuring Washington Red Raspberries in savory and sweet applications. Week 1: Chana Masala with Perfect Brown Rice, Curried Sweet Potato & Black-Eyed Pea Patties with Raspberry Chutney (Aired April 16, 2020)

Watch Chef and NOCHI Executive Director, Leah Sarris, demonstrate how to create the delicious Indian dish—Chana Masala—right in your own kitchen. She will also walk you through making the perfect brown rice right and curried sweet potato and black-eyed pea patties with a raspberry ginger chutney that will wow your taste buds. Week 2: Build-Your-Own Grain Bowls, Quick-Pickled Raspberries and Roasted Pork with Balsamic-Raspberry Reduction (Aired April 23, 2020)

On this episode, watch Chef and Executive Director of NOCHI, Leah Sarris, make a build-your-own grain bowl, quick-pickled red raspberries and roasted pork with balsamic-raspberry reduction.
