Apple-Raspberry Pepper Relish
Great with grilled or roasted pork or poultry, or serve as an accompaniment to sandwiches.
Ingredients
- 6 ounces frozen Washington red raspberries
- 1 cup finely chopped apple such as Honey Crisp (about 1 medium apple)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped poblano chili pepper or 1 medium jalapeno seeded and finely chopped
- 1 1/2 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar or white vinegar
Instructions
- Combine raspberries, apple, pepper, onion, sugar and vinegar in large bowl. Cover and let sit at room temperature for 2 hours before serving.
