

Berry Red Cocktail
Ingredients
- 5 frozen raspberries
- 2 fluid ounces gin
- ½ fluid ounce fresh lemon juice
- ½ fluid ounce simple syrup
- ¼ fluid ounce egg white
Garnish:
- 3 frozen raspberries
- Sprinkle of dehydrated raspberry powder
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, add 5 frozen raspberries and simple syrup. Muddle well.
- Add gin, lemon juice and egg white into the shaker with the raspberry mixture.
- Shake hard with lid on tin, pour into stemmed cocktail glass or coupe.
- Garnish with 3 frozen raspberries and a sprinkle of dehydrated raspberry powder.
