Protein-Powered Raspberry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or fat-free milk
- 1 5.3-oz container nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 cup frozen red raspberries
- 1 ripe small banana
- 1/4 cup uncooked quick cooking oats
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract or 1/4 tsp almond extract
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender, secure with lid and puree until smooth.
- Pour into two glasses.
