Raspberry Love Your Heart Frappe

This no-sugar added frappe is brimming with red raspberry flavor!
Servings 1 frappe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 dates pitted
  • ¼ cup Raspberry Simple Syrup recipe below
  • 4 or 5 ice cubes

Raspberry Whipped Cream, recipe below

  • dark chocolate grated
  • Additional frozen raspberries for garnish (optional)
  • Additional Raspberry Simple Syrup for garnish (optional)
  • Raspberry No Added Sugar Simple Syrup
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • 4 dates pitted
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Raspberry (No Added Sugar) Whipped Cream

  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons Raspberry Simple Syrup

Instructions

  • Add the whole milk, vanilla extract, frozen raspberries, dates, Raspberry Simple Syrup and ice cubes to a blender. Process on high until smooth and frothy.
  • Pour the mixture into a tall glass and top with Raspberry Whipped Cream. Garnish as desired with grated dark chocolate, frozen raspberries and/or Raspberry Simple Syrup.

Raspberry (No Added Sugar) Simple Syrup

  • Place all of the ingredients in the blender and process until very smooth. If desired, you may strain the syrup through a fine mesh sieve. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Freeze leftover syrup in ice cube trays to use in sauces, smoothies and syrups.

Raspberry (No Added Sugar) Wipped Cream

  • Using a hand mixer, whip the heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form. Add Raspberry Simple Syrup and whisk briefly to combine. Do not over-mix. Refrigerate until ready to use.
