Razz Crush Red Party Punch

Serves Makes 16 6 fl oz servings or if using sparkling water or wine, makes 22 6 fl oz servings

Ingredients

12 oz bag Razz Crush, chilled

46fl oz pineapple 100% juice (one large can),chilled

1/2 cup fresh lime juice, chilled

1/2 cup fresh lemon juice, chilled

12 oz bag frozen raspberries, frozen

1 lemon with rind cut into slice

1 lime with rind cut into slices

*optional: 1 quart sparkling water or wine

Instructions

  1. Pour the chilled Razz Crush into a punch bowl.
  2. Add the chilled juices and stir to incorporate.
  3. Place the frozen raspberries and citrus slices in the punch bowl.

 

 

Serving suggestions:

Serve in punch glasses.

Or, if using sparkling wine or water, fill a champagne flute about 2/3 full of punch, leave out the citrus slices, top with sparkling water or wine.

 

Notes:

For a festive holiday version, use 100% apple juice instead of pineapple juice. In a saucepan, over medium-low heat, warm the apple juice, two cinnamon sticks and 5-6 cloves for several minutes; remove from the heat and steep until cool. Replace the lemon and lime slices with one green apple and one red apple (keep the skins on), cored, cut into slices, and then chopped into 3-4 “chips” per slice.
