Berry Red Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup frozen Washington red raspberry puree or 6-7 frozen Washington red raspberries
- ½ ounce simple syrup
- 2 ounces gin
- 1 ½ ounces fresh lemon juice
- ¼ ounce egg white
- Dehydrated raspberry powder for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Add raspberry puree and simple syrup to a shaker; or muddle 5-7 frozen raspberries.
- Add gin, lemon juice, egg whites and ice to the shaker and shake.
- Strain into a coupe glass.
- Garnish the top of the drink with a sprinkle of dehydrated raspberry powder.
