

Raspberry Buttercream Frosting
Silky raspberry buttercream frosting with bright berry flavor and smooth sweetness that's perfect for cakes, cupcakes and bakery-worthy desserts.
Ingredients
- 8 oz. unsalted butter softened to room temperature
- 1/3 cup Washington red raspberry seedless puree
- ⅛ tsp. kosher salt
- 3 ½ cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- Add the butter to a large mixing bowl or the bowl of an electric mixer and whisk on medium for 30 seconds. Add the raspberry puree and salt and mix on low speed until incorporated, about 3 minutes.
- Slowly add the powdered sugar to the bowl, ½ cup at a time, beating on medium speed until fluffy and evenly incorporated, with no clumps. Use immediately.
