

Raspberry Coulis
Vibrant raspberry coulis made from the summer's best raspberries for a sweet-tart finish. Ideal for drizzling over desserts, pancakes or plates that need a little extra flair.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Washington Red Raspberry seedless puree
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat. Simmer for 4 minutes, or a little longer for a thicker coulis.
- Remove from the heat and allow to cool to room temperature, then transfer to a jar or storage container and refrigerate until ready to use.
